How to Care for Your Handmade
Scottish Jewellery

Taking care of sterling silver jewellery:

  • Keep away from moisture and avoid contact with water, perfume,
    hairspray, etc.
  • Remove jewellery when exercising, showering or sleeping.
  • Sterling silver tarnishes over time and wear. Ensure to polish it regularly with a dry soft cloth to avoid this.

Taking care of your sea glass:

  • Genuine sea glass has a frosty appearance. If you want to intensify its
    appearance and lose some of its frostiness, then rub on a little bit of oil (I use baby oil). Adding a little bit of oil occasionally will help to keep the colour bright.
